Auction Sales Method: The real estate will be offered as 2 separate tract(s).
Survey: If both tracts are sold to the same buyer no survey will be performed. If the farm is split into multiple tracts, the sellers will have the property surveyed. The final contract price will not be adjusted to reflect any difference between the advertised and actual surveyed acres.

Possession: Possession will be granted at closing, or such other date agreed to by both parties. The farm is currently rented for the 2022 crop season. The 2022 cash rent will be credited to the seller.
